Where does your Centsability Offering Go? Get to Know Interlink Self-Help Center!
Pastor Emily, Sean Kelson of Interlink, and Hunger Action Advocate Patty Sanders.
On Sunday August 12, 2018 we were pleased to welcome Sean Kelson, a Peer Support Specialist from Interlink Self-Help Center. For many years, Interlink has received a yearly grant sponsored by Knox through the Presbytery of the Redwoods Hunger Task Force (funded by Centsability). This means that the money you drop in the buckets on the second Sunday of the month helps to support Interlink.
Sean brought a thank you card made by Interlink artists and shared a message about the amazing work that Interlink does to support people with mental health challenges in improving their quality of life. The Hunger Action grant helps Interlink stock up on snacks for people visiting the center.
